Adam Black

Executive Producer

Adam Black is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Country Road TV, an OTT (over-the-top) television network catering to the mid-American lifestyle content. He is an award-winning director, actor, writer and educator, having spent multiple years as host of Outsider and Video Replay for Country Music Television, as well as national and regional commercial campaigns (“Wal-Mart Guy” for 2 years). As a speaker coach, his clients include corporations, CEO’s, authors, actors, TV hosts, and professional athletes. A 7-time collegiate national champion speaker himself, Adam finds meaning in helping others tell their unique stories. He’s been the host of hundreds of television episodes, and has directed over 120 episodes for national TV syndication.

Randi Paige Guyton

Currently, Randi succeeds in using her vast knowledge of communications to encourage, invigorate, and inspire her EU corporate clients to love speaking English while confidently reaching their professional and personal goals. Previously, Randi spent 22 years as a TV Producer and TV Executive working in her native New York as well as Zurich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Los Angeles and Wellington, New Zealand. Randi’s extensive media experience includes coaching hundreds of guests, experts and celebrities to appear on TV and in the media.

Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson is a former entertainment executive, current business owner and a single mom who has reinvented herself many times.  She wears a variety of colorful hats, but spends much of her time working as a Values Integrator. As an Integrator she helps individuals and businesses launch and complete their cutting edge projects to their greatest impact, executed in alignment with their core values. She has over 30 years experience producing films, theater and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Through her business, Amy Johnson Company, Amy works with influencers, business owners, community forward organizations, individuals and start ups. She is the creator of The Clarity Cleanse™ a proprietary process that brings clarity, direction and well being to others. She uses executive level “best practices” from her work in media, production, sustainability, fashion, and being a mom to help clients integrate their values into all they do, including business and life - promoting harmony, fulfillment and impact through creative solutions.

A key site of the American Civil War, it’s home to 2 properties exploring the 1864 Battle of Franklin: Carter House and Carnton Plantation, which includes the McGavock Confederate Cemetery. The 1858 Lotz House contains a large collection of 19th-century furniture. Downtown’s Main Street is lined with galleries, antique shops and restored Victorian buildings.
